About private counselling:
1. Therapy sessions are typically 45-60 minutes long and take place on a bi/weekly basis depending on the nature of support required.
2. During therapy sessions, you can talk about anything on your mind with the therapist including STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS, ADHD, GRIEF & LOSS, more to which the therapist will listen to you with compassion and without judgement.
3. Your treatment plans and therapy goals are discussed towards the end of first assessment session.
4. You have an option to switch the therapist if unhappy with the assigned one for personal reasons.
